1. Age 17 or over at the start of the programme
2. Hold one of the following qualifications
a. Swim England Level 2 Teaching Swimming or equivalent
b. STA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming or equivalent
3. Hold Level 2 academic qualifications
4. Have current experience (with a minimum of 1 year) in a teaching swimming environment
5. Submit a CV with appropriate teaching experience listed and two professional references
6. Provide evidence from your employer that you will be able to take a strategic role
